What the site offers
The site is informational. On it you can:
- learn about our services and how we work;
- send an enquiry through the contact form or the questionnaire for a price offer;
- follow the tax calendar and the next deadline;
- read news on changes in legislation from official sources;
- find links to the authorities and organisations we work with.
The site is free to use and needs no registration. No goods or services are sold and no contracts are concluded through it.
The information is not advice
The texts on the site, including the tax calendar and the answers to frequently asked questions, are general information. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice for your particular case and do not replace it.
The deadlines in the tax calendar follow the general rules. Your company may have specifics, and the deadlines change with the law. Check them with the official sources (the NRA, the NSSI, the Registry Agency) or ask us.
The news on changes in legislation is collected automatically once a day from the Public Consultations Portal (strategy.bg), the National Assembly (parliament.bg) and the Registry Agency. We show it as the institutions publish it, with a link to the original, and are not responsible for its content, completeness or timeliness.
Enquiries and offers
Sending the contact form or the questionnaire creates no contract and commits neither you nor us. We use the details you send to reply and to prepare an offer (more in the Privacy policy).
Every offer is individual and depends on the volume and kind of work. It is not binding until we confirm it in writing, and the terms of the service are set out in the contract.
Please send only the information the offer needs. Don’t send passwords, full bank details or documents with sensitive personal information through the forms.
Rules of use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others;
- send other people’s personal data without a basis for doing so;
- send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or automated requests;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or the data, or to disrupt them;
- copy the site’s content by automated means in breach of these terms.
If these rules are broken, we may restrict your access to the site or the forms.
Copyright
The texts, design, logo and selection of content on the site belong to the company or are used with the permission of their owners. The photos belong to their authors and are used under the terms of their licences.
You may view and print the pages for personal use and quote short extracts if you name the source. Any other use, including copying the site or parts of it for commercial purposes, needs our prior written consent.
The rights to the legislation news stay with the institutions that published it.
Links to other websites
The site links to the websites of authorities and organisations (for example in “Useful links” and in the news), and to Google Maps. These open in a new window. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they process personal data. Their own terms and policies apply.
Liability
We take care that the information on the site is correct and up to date and that the site works without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. The site may be unavailable for a while because of maintenance or technical problems.
We are not liable for damage resulting from:
- decisions based only on the general information on the site, without consulting us;
- interruptions in the site or the forms;
- the content of external websites the site links to.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where Bulgarian law does not allow it, for example for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Personal data and cookies
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and which cookies we use and how to change your choice in the Cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the site or the law changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. The version published at the time you use the site applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We settle disputes by mutual agreement or, if that is not possible, before the competent Bulgarian court. The Bulgarian version of these terms prevails.
You can send questions about these terms to office@accvarna.com.
